RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: July 20, 2026

JR Enterprises is committed to providing quality sportswear and custom apparel.

Because our products may include both standard and custom-made items, different return rules may apply.

1. STANDARD PRODUCTS

Eligible standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product:

• Has not been worn
• Has not been washed
• Has not been altered
• Is free from damage caused by the customer
• Includes original tags and packaging where applicable

A return request must be submitted before sending the product back.

2. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, the following products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started:

• Custom team uniforms
• American football uniforms
• Basketball uniforms
• Baseball uniforms
• Soccer kits
• Custom jerseys
• Personalized apparel
• Products featuring customer logos or artwork
• Private-label products
• OEM and ODM products
• Products manufactured according to customer specifications

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final designs, artwork, sizes, quantities, and specifications before production begins.

3. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR OUR ERROR

If you receive a product that is:

• Defective due to a manufacturing issue
• Significantly different from the approved order
• Incorrectly produced by JR Enterprises
• Damaged before delivery

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs and relevant order information.

After review, we may offer:

• A replacement
• A repair or correction
• A partial refund
• A full refund, where appropriate

4. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED INFORMATION

JR Enterprises is not responsible for errors caused by information provided or approved by the customer, including:

• Incorrect spelling
• Incorrect logo
• Incorrect artwork
• Incorrect measurements
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect color selection
• Incorrect shipping address
• Incorrect quantities

5. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Unless the issue was caused by JR Enterprises, original shipping charges may be non-refundable.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production or fulfillment begins.

Once a custom order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.

7. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return or report a product issue, contact us with:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Description of the issue
• Photographs, where applicable

Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from JR Enterprises.
