SHIPPING POLICY

JR Enterprises ships products to customers and business clients in applicable domestic and international locations.

1. PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIMES

Processing and production times vary depending on the product and order.

Estimated timeframes may include:

• Ready-to-ship products: approximately 2–7 business days
• Standard custom products: approximately 10–20 business days
• Large team or wholesale orders: timeframe provided in the quotation or order confirmation

Production time does not necessarily include shipping transit time.

Estimated timeframes are estimates and may vary due to order complexity, approvals, material availability, production volume, holidays, carrier delays, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times depend on:

• Destination
• Shipping method
• Carrier
• Customs processing
• Order size and weight

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. ORDER DELAYS

If we become unable to ship an order within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase, we will provide appropriate notice and, where required by applicable law, offer the customer the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the order for a prompt refund.

4. TRACKING

When available, tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Tracking information may take time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international shipments, customers may be responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Other government charges

These charges are determined by the destination country and are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment appears lost or damaged, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter.
